Do the pads really fit adults?
Yes. L/XL is a true adult size with knee pads up to about a 20-inch (52 cm) thigh. One reviewer: "Great pads. Fit well, stay in place — coming from a 240 lbs man learning to rollerblade."
Which size for my child?
Measure wrist, forearm and thigh and compare with the chart. An average 9-year-old usually fits M/L with room to grow thanks to the adjustable straps.
