What is included in a knee and elbow pad set with wrist guards?
A complete 6-piece set contains two knee pads, two elbow pads and two wrist guards. Knees and elbows take the biggest hits; wrist guards prevent the sprains and fractures that come from catching a fall with your hands.
Do adults need different pads than kids?
